We had a fantastic stay at this self-catering apartment. Lydia, our hostess, was outstanding and took care of everything. The apartment was in excellent condition, very clean, and had modern appliances. We felt like we were at home and wanted for nothing. Lydia checked in with us at the right times, ensuring we had a great stay. The location of the apartment was perfect, just a short walk into the center of town. The apartment itself was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and pristine white sheets and towels. we had an enjoyable and comfortable experience thanks to Lydia and this apartment.

the west end apartment was a pleasant surprise, exceeding our expectations. the host was extremely accommodating, enabling a late check out and providing a requested cafetiere. a clean and comfortable home away from home in a beautiful area. would stay again if in the area.

The master bedroom was wonderful and the bunk beds were practical for our needs. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of a TV antenna, although we were still able to watch programs on demand, and the fact that the second bedroom was slightly smaller than the others. However, these did not affect our overall enjoyment of our stay. I highly recommend Self Catering - West End for a wonderful and comfortable experience in Harrogate.
